Shipping Policy
How and when your order leaves our store in Eubank, Kentucky.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the continental United States typically arrives 3-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather and carrier delays can affect them.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Oversized or heavy items such as long pipe, lumber, and bulk material may require a freight quote or in-store pickup; we will contact you before charging any additional cost.
In-store pickup
Pickup is free at 15286 N Highway 1247, Eubank, KY 42567. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Addresses, delays, and lost parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will file a carrier claim and make it right.
Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Certain hazardous materials, aerosols, and chemicals cannot be shipped and are available for in-store purchase only.
